I have spent almost 15 years in sales - starting as a sales rep during college, later managing teams, running my own small business, and trying some of the popular CRMs out there. I have seen talented reps underperform, not from lack of motivation, but because execution doesn’t scale and discipline is missing. Frustrated with existing tools, I designed Unboss: a system designed to act like a personal supervisor for every rep, whether they are in office or remote workers, even solo salespeople.

Unboss will accelerate performance with:

  1. AI lead prioritization: Focus on the leads that matter most, automatically surfaced in priority boxes.
  2. Countdown counters: Each morning (or whenever the work shift begins), reps see visual counters showing their daily assigned workload. As they act on leads, the counter ticks down; when it hits zero, their day is done. All reps - proactive or needing a push - finish the same amount of work.   3. Internal tabs: Keep multitasking clean and organized on one screen.
  4. Instant usability: No setup, no technical skills — reps can start immediately.
  5. Effort Score: Daily targets with effort tracking. Effort Score will be added to the final version of Unboss, for reps to self-evaluate - to see if they are giving sales their best, and visual pings from Unboss to sales reps. Effort Score along with numeric counters make sales output predictable.

What we are creating is not just one of the most user-friendly CRMs with core features, but also a behavioral execution engine that predicts daily sales and frees CEOs and directors to focus on strategy, instead of hiring multiple team leads or supervisors. At this stage, what you see is an interactive prototype showcasing the concept.
